Project planning checklists
Most remodels do not run late because of the building. They run late because a material was not here yet. These are the checklists we hand our own clients: what you buy, when it is due, and the order the work actually happens in.
Why we give you these before we start
We offer a completion timeframe and we hold to it. The only way that works is if every finish material is at your home before we begin — not ordered, not shipped, not out for delivery. Delivered, and checked by us.
So we would rather you see the whole list early, while there is still time to order, than discover a four-week lead time on the day the tile crew shows up. Take these, use them, and hold your contractor to them — even if that contractor is not us.
